COVID-19 UPDATE
We apologize that we are currently unable to accept new clients. We look forward to welcoming new clients to our clinic once the situation returns to normal.
Due to current COVID-19 infection rates within our community and the high volume of clients seen daily at our clinic, we cannot allow clients into the clinic and safely follow public health recommendations regarding physical distancing. We are doing everything possible to continue to provide care for your pet and also protect the health and safety of our employees and the community during these challenging times.
Thankfully your pets can still come in to see us! We are still able to provide all the normal services for your pet using a drop-off/curbside system. Due to the additional steps involved with these new safety protocols, each appointment takes longer than usual and we are unable to see the same number of clients per day. As well, many of our staff have had to reduce their work schedules to provide care for their children and family members, so we are struggling to meet the needs of our existing clients at this time. Please be patient and kind with our staff who are all working as quickly as possible and doing their very best and we apologize for any inconvenience.
If you or anyone in your household is currently infected with or recovering from COVID-19, waiting for pending test results for COVID-19, or are currently experiencing symptoms similar to COVID-19 (cough/fever/congestion/loss of sense of taste), please advise our staff PRIOR to making your appointment so that we can ensure the proper procedures are followed according to public health recommendations. Some animals can become infected with COVID-19 when living with an infected individual and transmission to other humans can occur.
